Sakshham Consultants, acting as Project Management Consultant for PSP Projects Limited, is conducting a vendor pre-screen for an upcoming multi-site institutional building programme spanning 24 states in India, executed on a Labour + Material basis, under Sakshham Project Management governance.

Labour + Material. Vendors supply materials and execute works within their awarded package scope, under Sakshham Project Management governance and supervision.

Sakshham Project Management Governance

Every dimension of project execution — schedule, cost, quality, safety, and commercial — is owned, monitored, and certified by Sakshham acting as the Client's representative at site.

Scope of Works

Civil (Core & Shell), Architectural & Finishing, MEPF, and specialist Supply-and-Install packages. Tick scopes where you have past experience and willingness to bid.

Stage 2 — Pre-Qualification
Shortlisted vendors receive a detailed PQ Questionnaire. Quote your Vendor ID in all communications.
Stage 3 — Tender
Qualified vendors invited to tender for specific packages and sites under PSP × Sakshham terms.
